His Excellency Abdullatif bin Ahmed Al Othman Chairman of the Board

IHE Abdullatif A. Al-Othman was appointed as SAGIA Governor in 18th of May 2012. Al-Othman is a 1979 graduate of KFUPM with a B.A. in civil engineering. In addition, he earned his master's degree in business administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as a Sloan Fellow in 1998.
Al-Othman began his career with Saudi Aramco in March 1981 as an engineer in Engineering and Project Management. Throughout the 1980s, Al-Othman worked as an engineer on the Gas Gathering Project, Phase II, the Ras Tanura Refinery Modernization Project, the Qasim Refinery Project, the Southwest Refinery Project, and the Ras Tanura and Terminal Projects.
In 1990, he was promoted to senior project engineer in the Marjan Completion Division and worked in project management until 1994.
From 1994 to 1999, Al-Othman served in staff support functions in Engineering and Project Management, including the Total Quality Management Program. He also was manager of Resource Planning and acting manager of Southern Area Projects.
From February 1999 to February 2001, Al-Othman was assigned to Contract Review and Cost Compliance in Finance. He also held the positions of manager of Business Analysis and manager of Long Range Planning in the Corporate Planning function. In February 2001, Al-Othman moved to Crude Oil Sales and Marketing as manager. In June 2001, he was named executive director of Saudi Aramco Affairs and was appointed vice president of Saudi Aramco Affairs in September 2001.
In 2003, Al-Othman was named vice president of Finance then was later named senior vice president of Finance, in May 2005.
Al-Othman served as president for the Project Management Institute (PMI) Arabian Gulf Chapter and was a member of the International Association of Energy Economics
His Excellency DR. Ahmed Mohamed Ali Al-Madani (Board Member)

The President of the Islamic Development Bank Group, which is an international financial institution established in pursuance of the Declaration of Intent issued by the Conference of Finance Ministers of Muslim Countries held in Jeddah in December 1973, with the purpose of fostering the economic development and social progress
of member countries and Muslim communities.

In addition, His Excellency served in several senior positions such as the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Technical Affairs, the First Rector of King Abdul Aziz University and Undersecretary (Acting), the first President of the Islamic Development Bank, the Secretary General of Muslim World League. He holds Ph.D. in Public Administration (Fiscal Management) from the State University of New York, Albany, USA.
His Excellency Mr. Abdallah S. Jum'ah (Board Member)

He is former President & CEO of the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco), the world’s largest oil producing company. As CEO, from 1995-2008, he served on Saudi Aramco’s Board of Directors and on the Saudi Arabian Supreme Council for Petroleum and Minerals. Jum’ah led the far-reaching expansion of the company’s oil, gas and refining businesses and entry into the petrochemical business. Under his leadership, the company refocused its strategic direction further raising its global profile. Jum’ah studied at the American University in Cairo (AUC), the American University of Beirut and completed the Harvard Business School Management Development Program.

He has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of AUC since 1998. From 2007-2009 Jum’ah served as Vice Chairman of the International Advisory Board of the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. His worldwide business affiliations include his former memberships of JPMorgan Chase International Council, Schlumberger Business Consulting Advisory Board and the Reliance International Advisory Board. In 2010 he joined the Halliburton Company Board. Jum’ah is also a former member of the International Business Council of the World Economic Forum and was Patron of the IFP School, Paris for the school year 2008-2009.

He is a member of the Supreme Economic Council’s Advisory Committee, Zamil Industries Company Board, the Economic Cities Authority Board and the General Organization for Social Insurance Board. In 2009 Jum’ah joined the Saudi Investment Bank Board and was appointed Chairman of the Board in February 2013.
Jum’ah is known for his innovative approach to business and has strong interest in developing leaders.
Eng. Mohammed Abdul Latif Jameel (Board Member)

President of Abdul Latif Jameel Group that is considered the world’s largest independent Toyota cars dealer, which has also activities in financing, advertising and media sectors in Saudi Arabia as well as some Arabic and international countries. In addition, Eng.
Mohammed is the President of Abdul Latif Jameel Community Services Programs and held board memberships in various government and private organizations such as the Advisory Committee of Supreme Economic Council, Board of Trustees of Hail Region Development Higher Commission and Board of Trustees of King Abdulaziz and his Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity as well as Board of Trustees for both King Abudllah University for Science and Technology (KAUST) and MIT University. He holds Bachelor of Civil Engineering from MIT University, Boston, USA.
Mr. Mohamed O. S. Binzagr (Board Member)

Managing Partner and partner of a family business group that includes a number of large and well known companies in Saudi Arabia. This includes Said M. O. Binzagr & Partners Co. Ltd. (Binzagr Company), Abdullah & Said M. O. Binzagr Co. (ASMOB), Wahib S.

Binzagr & Brothers Co. Ltd. and Binzagr Factory for Insulation Materials Co. Ltd. (BFIM) etc. In addition, Mr. Mohamed is, presently and in the past, a Board member in a number of private and public organizations such as Saudi Railways, Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, Saudi Airlines) Saudia( and Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SIIG). He holds a Bachelor Degree with Honors in Economics and Political Science from University of Durham, England (1967).
Mr. Abdullah Salim Bahamdan (Board Member)

Currently Chairman of Bahamdan Group, Ex-Chairman of The National Commercial Bank (NCB) 2012, Sheikh Abdullah was educated in Beirut, joined the National Commercial Bank some 50 years ago and steadily rose through the ranks, becoming Deputy General Manager of the Central and Eastern Regions before rising to Chairman and Managing Director in 1999.

From then till now, he held and continues to hold the Chairmanship of the Executive Committee. He had been reelected to the Board in 2003, 2006 and 2009, serving continuously as the Chairman. He has won many prestigious awards such as The Public Opinion Award for Excellence in Economics, 2001 , Arab Banking Personality of the Year Award in 2004, Executive Personality Award in Banking and Money Exchange in the Middle East Region in 2005, Leadership Personality Award for 2008 and Martyr Prime Minister Rafiq Alhariri Award in Investment Pioneering for the year 2009.

He held and continues to hold several Board Memberships, among them the Saudi Petrochemicals Company, Saudi Research and Publishing Group Company and Al Jazirah Press and Publishing Establishment.
Ms. Lubna Suliman Al-Olayan (Board Member)

Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairperson of Olayan Financing Company, a subsidiary and the holding entity for The Olayan Group’s (TOG) operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.

Founded in 1947 by Suliman Olayan, TOG is a private multinational enterprise engaged in distribution, manufacturing, services and investments. Ms. Olayan is also a member of a number of Boards, including Schlumberger, Saudi Hollandi Bank, KAUST and Cornell University. Ms. Olayan holds an MBA from Indiana University, USA.

Dr. Abdulaziz Jazzar (Board Member)

He is an executive partner of Malaz Capital, a Riyadh based Venture Capital firm. Between 2002 - 2004, he was the Managing Director of Saudi Research and Publishing Company (SRPC), the largest publishing house in the Middle East. Between 1993-2002 he was the President/CEO of International Systems Engineering Ltd (ISE) a company formed in partnership with The Boeing Company. Between 1976-1993 he was an officer in the Royal Saudi Airforce.


He retired as the Director of computing, HQ. His Public assignments includes Board Membership of the Riyadh Champber of commerce & Industry (2000-2004) He was the chairman of the organizing committee for Riyadh Economic Forum (2002 – 2006). He is a member of the board of Trustees of the Centennial Fund and a Member of the board of directors of the Economic Cities Authority and of the national Industrial Cluster Development Program.

He graduated from Essex University in England with a Bachelors Degree in Computer & Communications Engineering. He received his Master Degree in System Engineering from KFUPM University in Dhahran. In 1988 he received his Doctorate Degree in Computer Science from USC in California.
Mr. Ammar Bin Abdulwahed Alkhudairy (Board Member)

Founder and Managing Partner of Amwal AlKhaleej company, a leading private equity firm in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) regions. Prior to founding Amwal AlKhaleej, Mr. Ammar filled many high ranked positions in the financial sector such as Strategy and Business Development Manager and Regional Manager for Central Region in Banque Saudi Fransi and Regional Manager of Gulf International Bank (GIB).


Mr. Ammar’s career path extends to several financial specialties such merging and acquisition, project and corporate financing, corporate retail and investment. In addition, Mr. Ammar is the Chairman of Herfy Food Services Company and of Sport Club Company (Body Masters). Also, he is a member of many boards of directors in a number of organizations such as Savola Group and Saudi Zain Communication Co. He holds a Master Degree in Engineering Management from George Washington University.
